Prizery Announces Summer Theatre Celebration Lineup

The Prizery has announced its line-up for Summer Theatre Celebration 2011. Last summer, the inaugural season, welcomed three Broadway musicals to The Chastain Theatre and brought more than 4,300 patrons from 13 States to downtown historic South Boston. Promising an even more extraordinary season, Chris Jones, Creative Director today revealed an expanded schedule that includes a fourth show.

SoVaMusic Mobile App Lets Them Listen While On The Go

SoVaMusic app on itunes storeIn the first 48 hours of its release on the Apple iTunes store, 419 people throughout the world downloaded SoVaMusic, a mobile app that streams four local radio stations. Those downloaders in Brazil, the UK, Mexico, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Japan, Canada, Korea, Thailand, Saudi Arabia and China can now listen to our local stations whether sitting at their desks or walking the dog.

Prizery's Summer Theatre 2011 Schedule Announced

The success last year of the Prizery's inaugural Summer Theatre Celebration has laid the groundwork for this year's season, which will be presented June 23 - August 13

In addition to professional performers as in last year, this year will also feature locals in The Sound of Music and Seussical the Musical.  See below for dates and more information about auditions for locals.  The schedule is as follows:
