Glerin Business Resources has developed a new FREE iPhone/iPad app that streams all four Lakes Media radio stations: 95-3 HLF, 1045 The Dan, US983, and Rewind 1019.

An Android version of the app is in development, and both versions will also be available on GetJar.com soon.

SoVaMusic app on itunes storeThe app means the possibility for much greater exposure for Lakes Media Network's advertisers.  Users all over the region are already using the app but possibly more importantly, area natives who live throughout the country are discovering it also.  Just today we've heard from listeners in Texas, Missouri, and Iowa.  Having quick access to good music of various genres while being able to switch back to their hometown's station to catch the local news is exciting to these users, and anything that gets more people listening mean more people will hear your ads.  The app also includes SoVaLife's Twitter feed, which will enable us to help promote events and happenings in the community.

Another market for the app is vacationers who regularly visit our lakes and parks; they'll now have a way to keep up with the area to help plan their trips and enjoy their visits.  For those who own vacation homes here, it's a way for them to always stay in touch with what's going on around their second homes.

We're happy to bring the free app to you and have plans for additional features and functionality in the future; we hope you enjoy it!
